COVID-19 Policy

During these unprecedented times (can’t wait to stop using that phrase), here are the policies I like to enforce to keep myself, my team, and my clients safe and happy.

In-Person Event/Training Policy

During in-person meetings and events, we take every precaution to keep ourselves and you safe. We will be wearing masks during each interaction, and will be sanitizing and/or washing our hands every hour (followed by copious amounts of moisturizer). We will wear gloves during setup/breakdown of events. We protect ourselves to protect you.

Cancellation/Date Change Policy

IF: Client postpones wedding day, and I am available for new wedding day
THEN: Let’s plan and party!

IF: Client postpones wedding day more than 30 days in advance, I am not available for the wedding day, and we haven’t done any planning OR the client cancels the wedding more than 30 days in advance
THEN: The full deposit will be refunded, and well wishes sent to clients!

IF: Client postpones wedding day more than 30 days in advance, I am not available for the wedding day, and we have done some planning OR the client cancels the wedding more than 30 days in advance and we have done some planning
THEN: The deposit will be refunded, minus an hourly rate spent on planning the wedding

IF: Client postpones wedding day less than 30 days in advance and I am not available for the wedding day, and we have begun the planning process OR if the wedding is canceled less than 30 days in advance, and we have begun the planning process
THEN: The deposit is not refunded, but the client is not responsible for any remaining payments
